To help you with questions and problems with TYPO3 web maintenance, we offer various support services. You can find our training offers at the bottom of this page.
Ticket System
If you have any questions or problems with TYPO3, please contact the ServiceDesk.
Please always specify your site abbreviation (or URL), your role (editor, editor plus, webadmin, site manager) and your user account (not password).
TYPO3 Café
In the TYPO3 Café, we answer questions about editorial maintenance in TYPO3, the use of content elements and plug-ins, and the conversion process, among other things, every Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. via Zoom. You can also tell us your wishes and suggestions. We are also happy to take a look at pages you have created and give you design tips.

Newsletter
The TYPO3 newsletter is aimed at all TYPO3 editors and WebAdmins. It informs you about new features and content elements, training dates, deadlines as well as support offers and clarifies frequently asked questions. If you have a TYPO3 account but don't receive a newsletter yet, please write an email to Kristin Wenzel.
TYPO3 Trainings
We currently offer the TYPO3 training courses exclusively in German.
TYPO3 Training Video (English)
The video conveys the basic functions of the TYPO3 editorial backend in a compact form:
- Logging in and changing the password
- language settings
- Structure of the page tree
- Creating, moving and naming pages
- Filling pages with content elements
- Setting internal and external links
- Using the file list
- Adding copyright information to images
It is aimed at TYPO3 editors who cannot attend a basic training or who need information in English.
