Change Contact Details
The data displayed in the person tiles is fed from three sources: from "My data" in the ServicePortal, SAP, and the telephone database.
Core data (SAP): The information about title, name, first name, organizational unit is displayed in the person tile and comes from SAP.
This data is displayed on the people tiles as well as on the overlay that you see after clicking on the tile. You can recognize the organizational units from this source by the heading Organizational Units.
They can only be changed by the Corporate Center Human Resources. Please contact your responsible HR administrator to do so.

Telephone database: This is where the service telephone number, fax number and the address incl. room number are fed from.
In addition, each device is assigned a designation that refers to the location and has nothing to do with the organizational unit in which the employee is employed. This is where confusion often occurs.
If any data has changed, please submit a "Request to change phone number" in the ServicePortal.
My data: Employees can use the "My Data" form in the ServicePortal to enter and change additional contact data about themselves and upload a profile picture. The data entered here is displayed in the people search and thus also in the people tiles.

The data can be changed only by the respective employee personally via the above described ways.
Depending on the settings, the profile pictures are only visible internally or publicly. This is especially noticeable on team pages with several contact tiles. The decision about this is up to the individual employees.
Please note that TU internal means that either a VPN connection to the TU exists or the use is directly from the TU. Access via Citrix alone is not sufficient.
