People as tiles and list
The contact details of several people can be output as contact tiles or a list. This is particularly suitable for employee overviews.
Add people to the selection
Select the "People" option in the drop-down menu under "Web application type" (see screenshot "Select web application type"). This allows you to display several people as contact tiles or lists.
To add a new person, use the search field under "Add person". Enter the surname or the full name of the person there. Up to 10 matching hits will appear in the drop-down menu. The more precise your search, the fewer results will be displayed.
If the person you are looking for is included, click on their name in the drop-down menu and then on the green "+" symbol. This will add the person to the selection (see screenshot "Search for and add person").
Sort selection and delete persons
The people in the selection can be re-sorted using the icon on the left-hand side via drag & drop. People can be removed from the selection using the "Delete" button (see screenshot "Sort selection").
Contact tile or view as a list?
You can choose between a tile view and a list view (see screenshot "Select contact tile or list view"). In the tile view, each person has their own tile. Two tiles are always displayed next to each other. The list view is particularly suitable if you want to display a lot of contact data in a clear and space-saving way.

Select organizational unit (optional)
People often belong to several organizational units. You can configure in the plug-in which organizational unit should be displayed preferentially for all persons (see screenshot "Select organizational unit").
Notes:
- The drop-down menu only shows the organizational units of the selected persons in the plug-in.
- The selected organizational unit is only displayed in the frontend if the person belongs to this organizational unit.
