Language rules & wording

When writing content for your pages, please follow these guidelines:

  • Write clearly and concisely.
  • Focus on short sentences with active phrasing.
  • Keep your texts short and to the point.
  • Avoid filler words (like actually, pretty much, basically, or somehow).
  • Drop unnecessary or subjective descriptions.
  • Replace complex jargon with familiar words.
  • Stick to common terms where appropriate.
  • Break text into small, digestible blocks.
  • Guide the reader with clear section titles.
  • Structure information for easy scanning.
  • Break down difficult concepts into plain terms.
  • Explain important processes sequentially.
